Description

Rodrigo Diaz de Vivar, El Cid, rides in a conical helm with a nasal guard and mail over his shoulders, his lion shield held across his body. The horse has one foreleg lifted high over a tuft of sculpted grass, its harness buckled and strapped, its tail streaming out behind.

A centrepiece character to lead a Castilian force, or a hero model for skirmish games set in the Reconquista.

Printed to order in grey resin by IGSMinis, under licence from Reconquer Designs. Supplied unpainted; some assembly may be needed. Prints can carry small support marks that want a light clean-up before painting.

Lovely figure but on mine the grass moulding supporting the front leg was missing. No problem I have used brass wire and will disguise this with paint and grass tufts when based
