Once you have placed your order, it normally takes 2-3 working days to prepare, pack and leave us.

You should receive an email from the website confirming your order and your receipt. 
Once we have processed your order and shipped it, you will receive a second email confirming this.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept American Express cards.

We ship all orders from the UK via Royal Mail.

If any items are damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will sort out a replacement.
