Guardians on the Bridge

Description

Each of the four riders is dressed for a different century, from the 11th to the 13th, so the set shows the armour changing along the line. The earliest rides in an open helm on an unarmoured horse; by the last two, the helms close over the face and the horses wear long mail trappers that fall to the hocks.

Stand them as a picket on a river crossing, or split them up as leaders for armies of different periods.

Printed to order in grey resin by IGSMinis, under licence from Reconquer Designs. Supplied unpainted; some assembly may be needed. Prints can carry small support marks that want a light clean-up before painting.
