A squat, wide-mouthed mortar set at a steep angle in a low, stepped timber bed. Two pieces come in the pack, listed as chaser and mortar, for a fort, a siege line or a ship’s deck.

Description

The barrel is short and thick with a heavy lip, held in a solid block carriage with no wheels. Iron fittings are sculpted along the sides of the bed.

Set one in a fort’s courtyard to lob shot over walls at targets out of sight.

Suits Blood & Plunder, Napoleonic wargames and pirate wargames.

Designed and printed to order in PLA by IGSMinis. Supplied unpainted; some assembly may be needed. Prints can carry small support marks that want a light clean-up before painting.
